My ideal way to download the game, and all region locked JP games (On Android Devices), is with QooApp.
When someone brings out a tutorial I will link it here for others to follow. I don’t own and never have owned an Apple product so I would have no clue how to get past region locking other than signing in with a Japanese Apple account. However for those of us who aren’t as lucky, there are multiple ways to download the game before the Global version does get released. If you live in Japan, you can simply go to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and download the game.
